Following in the 25 year old French Tradition of the Metro Hotel now comes the Restaurant au Métro. Located on the Hotels property, Restaurant au Métro dates back over a hundred years old. Portions of the property housed the Pharmacist who invented the incubator for commercial use for chicken farmers back in the early 1900's. The building reflects its roots and also its aesthetic design.
